"Too rigid for my schedule"
A friend recommended this to me, so I was hoping it would work out, but the course times felt way too fixed. Trying to change dates was more of a hassle than I expected. If you work shifts or have a changing schedule, it might not be the best fit...

I was a bit cautious going in because I didn’t want to feel lost or waste time on a course that was hard to follow, but it turned out really well. The tutor explained everything clearly, and the classroom felt relaxed enough to ask questions without pressure.

I had a really good course with Knowledge Train, honestly. The trainer really knew the subject and, like, explained everything in a way that was easy to follow. They also answered all the random questions people had without making it feel awkward or anything. It definitely helped me feel a lot more ready for the exam.

"Felt rushed and kind of all over the place"
I got through the course, but the pacing was a bit frustrating. The modules seemed to jump around a lot, and some sections dragged on longer than necessary, while the harder parts were rushed through way too quickly. It made things harder to follow than they needed to be.

These study materials were useful and helped me feel prepared enough to pass. Most of the explanations were clear and easy to follow, which I appreciated. That said, a few sections felt kind of dry and were a bit of a slog to get through. Still, they did the job...

"Decent course, but the website annoyed me"
I did my course with Knowledge Train and, to be fair, the actual training was good. The lessons were clear and the tutor explained things well, so I did learn what I needed. But the website was way more frustrating than it should’ve been, and that’s on them. It shouldn’t be a hassle to find your way around when you’ve paid for a course. Good overall, but they really need to sort that out...

I had a small issue logging in and reached out to support, and they got it sorted quickly. As someone who isn’t super techy, I really appreciated that they explained everything in plain language and didn’t make me feel clueless. It was easy, calm, and a relief. Good help, thanks!

"Booking Took More Effort Than It Should Have"
The admin side was okay overall, and they did reply to my emails, but the booking process dragged on longer than I expected. I felt like I had to keep following up and doing extra work just to get things sorted, which was a bit frustrating.

"Helped Me Feel Ready for the Exam"
This was a solid way to get prepared and it made the whole exam feel a lot less intimidating. The practice questions were the most useful part for me because they made it clear where I needed to improve. A few sections were a bit dry, and I did have to go back over some things more than once, but that’s fair enough — studying isn’t always going to be exciting. Overall, it did what it was supposed to do, and I felt reasonably confident going into exam day. For the price and the effort put into it, I think it’s only fair to say it was helpful

"Really useful for my day-to-day work"
I signed up for the course because I wanted something I could actually use at work, not just a bunch of theory. The examples felt close to real project situations, which kinda made everything easier to connect with.
The trainer explained things in a really simple way and didn’t rush through the important parts. I passed, which was great, but the bigger thing is that I feel a lot more confident using the methods now.

I didn’t have the best experience when it came to communication with the trainer.

Replies took a while, and when I did get answers, they weren’t always clear. A lot of the time I felt left in the dark, not really knowing what I was supposed to do next, which made the whole course more stressful than it needed to be.

Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it was frustrating. I wouldn’t book again based on this experience

I took this course from home, and it reminded me of the kind of straightforward lessons I used to like back in school. Everything was clear, easy to follow, and didn’t make things more complicated than they needed to be.

I used Knowledge Train it was fine. The tutor was clear enough, the course materials were usable, and I didn’t have any major issues with how it was delivered!

That said, for the price, I was expecting a little more. A few sections felt basic, and I still ended up searching around online to fill in some gaps myself... not ideal.

So yeah, not a bad course by any means, just not great value for money in my opinion. If it had been cheaper, I’d probably feel a lot better about it.

The course itself was okay overall. Some parts were useful, but it felt a little dry and hard to stay engaged with at times. What really annoyed me was the support. Sometimes it seemed like help was available, but then I’d have to follow up more than once or wait longer than expected for a reply. So I’m kind of mixed on it, not a terrible experience, but definitely more frustrating than I hoped.

"Support should’ve been more responsive"
I had to follow up twice just to get basic answers, which was frustrating. I get that support teams can be busy, but it feels like the right thing to do is keep customers informed instead of leaving them waiting and chasing for help.

"Didn’t Help Much, and the Reminders Got Annoying"
This didn’t really help me pass. The pass rate felt low, and in the end it seemed like a waste of money. On top of that, the reminders were way too aggressive, which just made the whole experience more frustrating.

"Simple to Use and Felt Right for My Schedule"
Getting into the course was easy, even just using my laptop at home. I had a good feeling about it once I started because everything was straightforward and I could study whenever I had a free moment. A few pages were a little slow to load, which was mildly annoying, but overall my gut says it was a solid, convenient setup

I was a little nervous before booking, but the whole certification process ended up being really simple. Everything was clear, I passed without any confusion, and the support team was helpful when I needed them. Definitely felt relieved after trying it.
